Position Title: Fund Development Coordinator – 25 hours per week

CityKidz Regina is a Christian-faith based organization whose mission is to help improve the lives of children growing up with the challenges of poverty. Job Summary:
To participate in creation of annual budget and raise funding for operating and programming, as well as any reserve funds approved by Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators. Track, document and organize; donors lists, invoices, grant applications etc. – 5%
- Develop new partnerships with businesses and churches, and individual donors through proactive strategies and building relationships. – 45%
- Secure sponsorship for CityKidz Regina events – 45%

Education & Experience:
- Sales and fundraising skills an asset, training will be provided
- Minimum Grade 10 Level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and One-Drive
Occupational Needs:
The Fundraising Coordinator works 25 hours per week. The Fundraising Coordinator will work remotely. Once we have an office work from office with ability to work 10 hours per week from home. Weekend and evening work is occasionally required to support community and Foundation events and to get to know the CityKidz Regina model by participating in occasional Saturday Program, Youth Nights, and connect visits.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
